Larry is the bio dad. There is nothing that will take the child from him at this point short of him abusing the child.

I just don’t see how a house that ANS wouldn’t pay property taxes on, so that it was in default; supposedly owned by her corporation that was also in arrears on franchise taxes, now owned by someone else; with a 2nd mortgage taken out on it almost equal to the equity in it; now mythically purported to be in an estate that has not been probated yet; and situated next door to the doctor who prescribed the drugs that killed the owner of the estate, in the name of the temporary administrator of the estate, could be *given* to a little baby for her sperm donor father to live in!!!!!!

BTW, that CBS 48Hours segment I mentioned previously was on again last night, Dark Voyage, about the 24-almost-25-yo girl who went on a cruise and wound up dead. It was *of note* I must say, that it started out “she left from Hollywood and within 24 hours was dead.”
This is the anti-drugs girl who was found with a toxic dose of methadone in her system, which killed her. They were very careful to mention that they did a hair analysis first thing and it was completely clean of anything.
It had turned out, as we now know, that her boyfriend with whom she shared a cabin on the cruise had smuggled in some liquid methadone in a Nyquil cold medicine bottle, for his own detoxing he was supposedly doing, from an addiction to Vicodin, which everyone thought he had kicked, but he hadn’t.
He claims he has no idea what happened to her. If you saw the timeline, it’s so similar to ANS’s and DWS’s, that it’s kind of eerie. He thought Ashley was asleep and left her several hours like that - no idea when she passed away.

The general theory now is that she got up in the night and swigged some of the Nyquil, not knowing it was methadone. Of course, the boyfriend says she did know what it was.
(I swear, this kid, named Ginsburg, looks so much like he could be Miguel Ferrer’s son that it’s uncanny - Ferrer is on “Crossing Jordan” and is Rosemary Clooney and Jose Ferrer’s son - *love to Rosie in heaven*. I kept doing a double-take every time he was on camera.)
Interestingly enough, one of the ME’s on the show (not the one who did her autopsy) said as little as one teaspoon of the liquid methadone in someone’s system who isn’t used to it can kill them.
They kept showing the liquid methadone bottle which was identical to the one in ANS’s mini-fridge at Horizons. I tend to forget that it’s much smaller than it looks, because that fridge is small. But it packs a wallop.
They also showed some of it (I think) poured into a medical dosing cup and it was a red liquid, similar to a cough syrup in appearance. This was in front of the methadone bottle, so I’m *assuming* it wasn’t Nyquil or cold medicine.
That might be important in establishing whether Daniel had some in his drink that was liquid - or whether the ME in The Bahamas will tell us if that in his system was all in tablet form.
Larry is a grasping, greasy, lowlife deadbeat, using that child totally for gain. It turns out, as some here suspected, that he is gay/bisexual as well. He's also, literally, a filthy pig.
And, as many suspected, he did make a deal with Howard.

I can just hear Larry saying it... offhandedly, as a factual aside. Soulless freak that he is.
