one thing mom said on that show was if tuna is cheap...she will buy 40 to 50 cans of it at a time.
I have seen a few “big” family shows....one mom said she hardly ever buys clothes because people know there are alot of kids and they just drop off big bags of clothes and shoes on their porch all the time. On the show it said she was able to rotate every child's clothes and had some for her and she didnt spend a penny.
I enjoy the one with the set of twins and then the sextuplets. She is so organized and tidy. I dont know how she does it.

I’m just curious who the “lawyers for Miss Smith’s estate” on February 20th in The Bahamas might be. There was no legal authority to appoint anyone then.

One thing that surprised me in all this was finding out that G Ben didn’t have any other assets or property in The Bahamas, as I thought for sure he did.

I could’ve sworn that Ford and Gaither and wives, as well as G Ben, had another home or other homes around Nassau where they stayed when they came to visit.

The “spanner in the works” of this Horizons standoff is the mystery of what happened to the money that was paid to Cliff Culmer, the liquidator for the Kelly mess. Where is the $900,000 that he received to put the house in Anna’s name temporarily for getting her utilities turned on? And where did that $900,000 come from?

G Ben has the registered, warranted deed to the property - all ANS had was a filled-in form like a deed but not yet registered, because it wasn’t paid for yet. That would be a trust deed, like a mortgage company gives while someone is paying on a mortgage but hasn’t completely paid off the loan yet.

Then there is a warranty deed or grant deed, which is the real deal, all paid up and ready to transfer if everything else behind it checks out. (Assuming the buyer and the mortgage company squared up title to begin with.)

A trust deed is conditional, a warranty or grant deed isn’t. Of course, I don’t know what they’re called in The Bahamas, but that’s what they would be here.

It still seems clear-cut, to me. ANS defaulted on the loan by not paying on it, period. G Ben (and Ford, if he’s the one who loaned G Ben the money to lend to ANS) did her a favor and she reneged on her part of it.

Seems to me that since they had Callenders & Co. in on everything, that Michael Scott should have advised G Ben about the security arrangements in The Bahamas when making a mortgage, if he had no other assets in the Commonwealth.

If Callenders had been on the up and up and had run a D&B on the Thompson/Shelley enterprises, they should have done one of two things: either fronted the security money for them to get the deal done as expeditiously as possible for their client or they should have gone to court or to the proper authority for a quickie waiver of the security deposit.

IIRC, Callenders was also the law firm for the liquidator, which isn’t really kosher. I’d say GBT or FS should shake down Callenders to get this money for the deposit, or go back on them after they’ve put it up, just for the cost of the use of the money.

I think GBT hired Knowles after all that - and he should have seen to all this. If he didn’t, then Pro Pinder definitely should have, after he came onboard. For the life of me, I don’t see what the problem is.

Yes it is amazing how these mothers of large families are so organized and so frugal. Things just “click” I guess as they put their minds to it. What joys!

Parts of the will were dated May 7, but it was filed in CA on May 14.

HKS isn’t *really* the executor until CA courts say he is, June 19 or thereabouts. He’s temporary special admin until then. Gotta pay that CA pool boy for Adrian Skane’s house, ya know! (Sure wish we could find out the deal on the defaulted Hot Smoochie Lips and Studio City back property taxes and how Skane fits in!)

I suppose it could be slightly worse for GBT - the temp spec admin has “demanded” a security bond of Pierce Marshall’s estate, too - which I *assume* would be a percentage of $88 million - the amount that awful Bruce Ross claims is a “judgment”. Oh, yeah, good luck with that. /sarc

Can you imagine people going to court to say they own YOUR property and then having them *demand* money from YOU just because they’re SUING you? Something’s very wrong here.

It’s as bad as HKS courting the press, living with ET 24/7, being all over the airwaves, then filing complaints about the massive press coverage and trying to make an inquest go away! Sick, sick, sick.

Note, too, that neither GBT or SFS filed for Bahamian residency with whatever holdings they do have. Maybe that’s why the courts have a prejudice against them - although, I would think it would be the other way around.

Requiring that $500,000 investment for permanent residency status is one of the things that is controversial among the true residents there. I keep reading about different ways they want to do away with it - and ANS’s antics brought the argument back to the fore.

Just seems to me that foreign ownership of Bahamian property should be considered a “good thing” within reasonable limits, as the offshore owners are not there demanding a share of scant services on a daily basis, that other “natural” residents can’t afford or access.

Foreign owners put money into the economy with the services they do need - people to maintain the property, caretakers, tradespeople, and so forth, plus all the consumer goods they pay for when visiting their property.

They don’t use their share of the roads, hospitals, schools, courts and other infrastructure, in comparison. That’s just my take on it and I may be overlooking something. It just seems they want the foreign owners to “live there” in order to have any standing concerning their real estate.

Yeah, June 19th is the first probate hearing in CA. From what I have in notes, the probate in The Bahamas can’t start until that has been done - it may be months before that Bahamas portion is filed.

They call it “resealing” and I’m not sure what that entails - since all Bahamian attys had said for months that the will would “never” be probated there, lol, because it wasn’t “created” there. *oh well so much for that*

“Resealing” sounds to me like it takes place long after the “final” probate has been “sealed” in CA. That doesn’t make sense, so I’ll have to research it. That’s especially bad when the majority of the so-called “assets” are said to be in The Bahamas.

Also, I don’t see how they can put a dollar value on ANS’s likeness and future merchandising at this time, as an asset of the estate which goes to Dannielynn (assuming the CA court declares her the sole heir). IOW, how will it be possible for The Bahamas probate to wait that long before a resolution?

And as we know, HKS just stays and stays and stays in the house, the “disputed” ownership of which can’t be decided until Bahamas probate! Let’s hope it only means CA probate - and that the date the executor is decided is the date the Bahamian courts can proceed.

The permanent custody hearing in Nassau is June 8th. Remember when Virgie said “it’s just a formality”? Some of the mean people thought she was being flippant or sarcastic, but I didn’t catch that tone of voice at all - just a matter of fact. It will be held and Larry will be formally granted permanent custody of his child.

Then, that June 19th date in CA becomes important because Larry’s petition for guardianship of Dannielynn’s “estate” will be heard at the same time as HKS’s petition for ANS’s probate. It seemed to confuse some posters on various fora because of the word “estate” - they thought it pertained to ANS’s estate.

No, it’s Dannielynn’s “estate” - all her worldly “belongings” as a minor. That will encompass all that comes from inheritances of ANS’s owned things - if, indeed, ANS actually owns the Studio City house, for example, or if her estate has enough in it to pay off the remaining mortgages (two of them). That remains to be seen.

So, there will be legal activity on the money items in June, then we pray court activity on at least Daniel’s death starting July 16th. I’m not sure about court dates on some of the frivolous slap-suits on HKS’s behalf or some of the various and sundry other claims, but we’ll hear soon enough.

Then there’s VA’s own, if she so chooses, to initiate any wrongful death proceedings. Depends on how some of this other goes. The CA probate will not go smoothly, so there will be lots of coverage, albeit probably boring to most. I see it as “clues” to things we might want to know in case there’s a chance of re-opening ANS’s death investigation in FL.

so HKS is STILL living in that house? That is unreal!! I mean Daniel is dead, Anna is dead, Dannielynn is with her daddy and HKS gets to stay there? Who is payin the bills? How is he making a living? I just cant believe how much that man has gotten away with and IMO will continue to get away with.

You said it: It is unreal. Howard Stern is a sleazebag. I presume he is living off Anna Nicole Smith’s estate and maybe his parents are helping out. The owners of the house should cut off the utilities.

That’s what I don’t understand - The Bahamas hasn’t “decided” who owns the house, so there is no clear-cut “owner.”

So, who *is* paying to keep the utilities on? HKS claimed he lived off ANS and she’s dead, her accounts frozen until probate. He got CA to make him a *temporary* special administrator, but that’s just in CA.

Is he using this “limbo” status in The Bahamas to just run a tab for all his living expenses related to the house? Is Dannielynn paying the bills? Has he cleaned out the ANS cash accounts down to the mandated balance, or is the Bahamian govt just laughing at that mandate and not caring what he does with ANS’s money, the poor grieving commitment partner?

Or is “Cracker Inc.,” or whatever the Bahamian ANS/HKS corporation is called, paying him a salary as grifting consultant on the squatting project? I wish Pro Pinder would look up those articles of incorporation and see what percentage of stock each of them owned. Aaarrggh.

I am ABSOLUTELY AMAZED at the gall of HKS and his attorneys!! It is unbelievable to me that they would even have the ‘nerve’ to ask for security bonds from G. Ben Thompson AND the Marshall Estate! Talk about Narcissistic Personality Disorder!! Does HKS have a ‘The Whole World Owes Me’ attitude or what???!!

So, on top of him being a psychopath or sociopath, he also has Narcissistic Personality Disorder!! What a screwed up ‘thing’ he is! (I can’t bear to call him a Man or even a Person).

Here are some traits of people with NPD (Note that ANS shared many of these traits as well):

1. has a grandiose sense of self-importance
2. is preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty, or ideal love
3. believes that he or she is “special” and unique and can only be understood by other special people
4. requires excessive admiration
5. strong sense of entitlement
6. takes advantage of others to achieve his or her own ends
7. lacks empathy
8. is often envious or believes others are envious of him or her
9. arrogant affect.

At least 5 of these traits must be apparent to be diagnosed with NPD. I don’t think HKS or Anna would have a problem there!

I just CANNOT BELIEVE that a ‘man’ who comes across almost as a Eunuch, could have the CAJONES to do all of the things he does!! AND GET AWAY WITH IT!!

___________________________

This seriously bothers me! Why did all of the Bahamian attorneys say the will would NEVER be probated in the Bahamas, and yet NOW it seems to be in the works to be ‘RE’-probated there anyway??

Another thing that bothers me is that Pro Pinder seemed very confident that G. Ben Thompson was the legal owner of Horizons, and that the house would be turned over to him soon after Anna’s death. NOW, all of a sudden, G. Ben has been ordered to put up a security bond ‘in case he loses his case’ to get his OWN house back?

I hate to sound paranoid, but I cannot help but wonder if this turn of events with the Horizons case and the Will doesn’t point to yet another HKS deal.

Maybe the Bahamian government would rather see HKS (as Anna’s representative) win the Horizon’s case, so that any issues about her ‘residency’ being “fast-tracked and/or fraudulent’ will go away. If Anna was declared in court to be the rightful owner of Horizons, then her ‘residency’ wouldn’t seem so shady.

Also, HKS made a point to say that he was staying in the Bahamas (with the lame excuse that he would never leave Anna and Daniel there alone!). Now, he wants to probate her Will in the Bahamas AND declare almost ALL OF HER ASSETS there! It wouldn’t surprise me, and many here have already speculated, that he has already established an ANS (Estate) and/or a Dannielynn corporation in the Bahamas. Maybe the Bahamas has incentives to give HKS residency in the Bahamas as well.

I don’t know anything about Probate or Corporate Law, so my questions are:

If HKS forms an ANS (Estate) and/or Dannielynn ‘corporation’ (assuming that he is designated at the executor of DL’s estate and has the authority to do so), would these corporations bring in money to the Bahamas (as far as taxes, filings, etc.)? Even if the Bahamas wouldn’t benefit significantly from having ‘corporations’ formed there, I’m sure they would be happy to have some of “Dannielynn’s HALF A BILLION DOLLAR fortune” invested there! (Of course, I’m being sarcastic and mimicking the uninformed talking heads here, since I don’t believe she will ever win a ‘half a billion dollars’ in the Marshall Case.)

If HKS (as the rep for ANS Estate) wins the Horizons case, and HKS turns Horizons into a ‘tourist attraction’, would or could the Bahamas benefit from it (as far as taxes, business license fees, admission fees, other fees)? YES, I KNOW this is very FAR-FETCHED, but I’m just trying to see what gives HKS his cajones! LOL!

Plus, HKS could turn Horizons into an “Anna Museum*” and he could still live in the ‘other house’, the PINK one. I’m pretty sure I heard that the Pink House was foreclosed on and was not ANS’s house, but one of HKS’s attorneys mentioned THAT house on TV when he was talking about all of ANS’s assets in the Bahamas. So, I’m sure that house will ‘magically’ become property of ANS’s Estate as well! Therefore, HKS could live in the Pink House and give tours of the Anna Museum!! (HA! Then he would actually have a job!) LOL

*Anna Museum – complete with hundreds of pill bottles (with prescribed names and doctors names ripped off), refrigerators full of Gallon Jugs of Methadone and 12 packs of Slim-Fast, and computer-printed pictures of Daniel haphazardly taped to the wall : (

(That is so sad! I wasn’t trying to be funny about the Daniel pictures, just honest at how far I think HKS would go to make a buck!)

Needless to say, if even a PORTION of my paranoid ramblings is true, then I feel there is very little chance that a FAIR Inquest into Daniel’s death will occur. I just HOPE I am being way too paranoid and I am totally wrong.
