I hear ya. After all I’ve heard and seen from everybody who’s given interviews and testified in court, every single one has made misstatements. Every one. Perhaps some of those misstatements were intentional and perhaps some were not. That’s one reason I’m not going to classify any one of these players as an out and out liar, in general terms.

I do remember her testimony about her sister-in-law and she did not deny her SIL made money with the gravesite video, but as you said, did deny any knowledge of how much her SIL may have made and said she had nothing to do with it. In the Greta interview, she said no relative has made money, so that is in direct contrast with her testimony. I’m still bothered by her saying she sold pictures of Daniel, and whether it was before or after his death, it still bothers me.

Yup. Thanks for posting the transcripts. It seems Larry has the “cleanest” hands in this whole mess so far, though he didn’t act as an angel at times, either. Most of this stuff- selling pictures, video, etc is all legal. Whether it’s ethical or not, depends on personal opinions. If all Virgie wants is visitation, that’s fine by me. Larry and his family know way more about what Virgie wants and where she’s going than we do. Same for Howard. I just might read ALL the books that are written by all these people ( if I don’t have to buy them!), listen to the inquest, and finally make up my own mind:)
I think Rose *did* misspeak. Jamal Davis was Virgie’s original Bahamian atty and he was on NG on 2-14-07 and said that he had filed the original summons “yesterday”.
I think Rose might have meant “and then her daughter was buried” in the chronology of things.

So there was a concern that the child may very well be removed from the Bahamas in light of the application made yesterday.
GRACE: You mean, were you afraid the child would be removed and hidden?
DAVIS: Well, Nancy, I can`t say hidden, but at least out of the jurisdiction of the country. And as the application was made for guardianship, if the child was not here, then whatever order was made regarding the guardianship could possibly have been frustrated.
