I’m not real sure if it in a concentrated area or not. I could be a big problem if it is true.
Therry Roussel fought to raise his daughter in a normal family and basically succeeded.... the lawyers in charge of her money stole from her..Her father was basically cut out of any control over her finances (much as Virgie wants to do to Larry) and it was Athena's father who fought to prove they stole from her.
one more clarification — Therry Roussel didn’t hire the lawyers that oversaw her inheritance... that was done by others. He was given no say.

That statement contradicts everything else you have posted with respect to Virgie’s DL custody battle. She has every right to question Larry’s suitability as a father - she has had lots of experience with bad choices and has witnessed Anna’s own bad choices. Why would Larry be any different? He is from the Hollyweird contingent, close to HK$ - ‘nuff said. So, although we are “taken” with Larry’s boyish charm - Virgie was a ‘buyer beware’ - after all, Larry was never Anna’s husband.
As you recently pointed out - in March- I was completely taken with Don Hogan, the Texas man’s man. How dumb. The man is not what I wanted him to be, in fact he is, according to his own daughter, the worst kind of father. I might also be wrong about Larry - he has a good family for back-up, but apparently, a very vicious step-mother.
Be careful, that mold is deadly.. I don’t know if you watch Amazing Home Makeover on ABC, but a family they helped last year, the father died suddenly from toxic mold in their house.... wear masks and use special vacumns to pull that stuff out of there....

The way I understand they only put them into foster care if there is not a grandparent, aunt, uncle, etc.,, willing to take them then they can send them to an OOS relative.

How is filing a wrongful death suit against HK$ and KE, using DL?
If they are innocent - then HK$ can continue to take part in DL’s life and Virgie will have to eat crow and pay a king’s ransom. If KE is innocent, she will be able to practice medicine with a clear conscience.
When DL grows up she will realize that her mother was surrounded by people who loved her and gave her only the medication she needed which killed her accidentally. She will understand that her grandmother Virgie was guilt-ridden and angry, but tried to prove that her mother, Anna was not a suicidal slut but a victim of her own bad judgement.

Too bad Larry not only has something going on with HKS but has such a family. Good people would make amends for the sake of the child - but not much love in that.
What happened to Larry's mother? The sister seems like a kind person.
Been following the thread offline since the weekend. Just have a few minutes now and then can return on Saturday. The baby looks totally normal, good natured, unfrightened, all perfect...time will reveal any neural deficits, but maybe she’ll escape any long term drug baby effects. Someone here more qualified than me thought she wouldn’t.
I was so glad to hear last night, thanks to the transcription(!) that Virgie isn’t going to quit. Then neither should we. I believe she’s speaking plainly. I got the message. Howie isn’t free and clear until she draws her last breath or runs out of legal options. I suspect her O’Quinn is doing the work pro bono, bulldog that he is.
Don’t know why some on this thread are taking up so much bandwidth to argue against the old lady from Texas. She’s no saint, and neither am I. So how about chilling on the subject and let’s get back to focusing on what we need to...the evidence, the facts, the inquest?

I have NEVER seen such a think happen in the past 15 years in Los Angeles County Childrens’ Services Family Justice Court. I have heard of it being attempted and have heard requests for same. I have never known it to happen. The rationale is that it it too hard to investigate, clear, and reliably certify a foster placement out of county. The only way I’ve know it to ‘sorta work is if the grandparent comes to LA and establish residence, even temporarily in LA county and then, and it’s a BIG maybe then, the Foster Home agency might fast track an evaluation and then would theoretically forward that eval on to CPS. I’ve never seen it work for an out of state grandparent or aunt or uncle. In fact grandparents living in LA who are not already certified through the Foster Home agency have difficulty getting custody of their grandkids unless the parent who has custody voluntarily places them. The voluntary route may or may not be permitted by the investigating social worker depending on her/his assessment of risk to the child that the parent under investigation will reverse their position without notice and make a pile of paperwork down the road for them as they try to then go back into court to place the child WITHOUT the renigging parent’s permission.
Maybe you’re thinking of some other county in California.

I am am sooooo tired of sue happy people. And Virgie is a prime example!
The thing about this woman’s comment and I’m sure she was frustrated but it shows already why Virgie would need something in writing. Also Tony Potts was on the floor egging it on. This is a family reunion why even bring such a subject up and why even answer.

You are right! Virgie should never be doing what she is doing.....fighting for custody.
That child deserves a happy life. Let her father enjoy her without having to fight in court for his rights as a father.
My comment isn't really contradictory, because one only had to turn on the TV to see ANS was totally drugged out and leaning on that poor child for support.... like I said, did you watch the news during that period to see what I'm talking about.
My comments saying Virgie should have tried to get Daniel out of there is based on her sudden wanting to be so concerned about Larry and his raising of his daughter. It started with me saying why wasn't she that concerned about Daniel who WAS with a parent that should not be raising him in a druged-out state...
See what I am saying???? she seems concerned about DL and yet talks mostly about the money not the baby -- so if safety of her grandchild is her concern then safety of the other grandson should have been as big a priority since we know his mother was not a good roll model or, in seeing public video of the two, really the parent in the relationship.
If it requires having custody of Dannilynn and affects her living conditions now and going forward, then if affects her and I am against that.
CLARIFICATION
I went back to the video and double checked. It’s Larry’s father that says he hopes to never talk to her. Sorry I got that initially mixed up. He is asked how does he feel about the other grandparent and he says that he doesn’t understand why she would have more rights than him and then Tony Potts says what would you say to her...step mom mumbles something but it’s just the dad who makes that comment.
Ping to my last comment. I reviewed the tape and it’s the grandad who makes that comment. Just wanted to clarify.
