Weird stuff, as Johnny Carson used to say. But does this person deserve to have to register alongside the baby-rapers the rest of his life? To me, a "sex offender" is someone who commits sex offenses agains other human beings.

Also studies show that IIRC, serial killers have a history of mistreating animals. Having his DNA on file will help cops solve his next sex crime...and it will happen.
