Remember, Anna was found naked. Wonder where the clothes that she last wore are??? Wonder what evidence was left on the sheets/comforter? And why the hell was her mouth covered up?? Was she on her side, her stomach or back??

See, I don't even get the part about getting an abscess "just as she stepped on the plane" or getting a 2nd infection, "a virulent norovirus".
What *would* have happened to her if she hadn't OD'ed?
I'm thinking that the reason there was a delay in calling the police when she died (among the other more nefarious reasons) is because she was dirty. She may have been sleeping for a long time. Was probably all sweaty. Maybe even wet the bed or worse. So they gave her a bath, "shampoo'd her hair", and left her naked because putting fresh clothing on her it would've been obvious that she wasn't lying down in bed with them on (no wrinkles). And of course, HKS would want her to look her best in death for the pictures. (Wonder if he took any pictures of Anna dead...)
