I heard this early this week and not a peep anywhere since (unless it was reported here): The FBI have a record of a phonecall between RFK and someone (can't remember who) asking (of Marilyn) "Is she dead yet." Some guy went through thousands of pages of data and found that little gem.
Was it Peter Lawford?

I have no idea if the relation to MM will be mentioned but it is an interesting side note.
I am hopelessly behind on this board and don't know if it the news on Marilyn Monroe was discussed this week.

That phrase is a 'dead' giveaway! I posted the same tip off to the cop interrogating Diane Downs the mother who shot her kids. She was simply not credible as a concerned mom.
Same thing with KE who was quoted as saying;"maybe than can save her" almost confirming that she was beyond saving. Subtle, but telling.
