I think when Brigitte came into Anna's suite, she expected Anna to be awake. (I don't think Brigitte and Taz were together for 1 1/2 hours...I think Eric and Brigitte grabbed a quick lunch.)
And, I do not think that Taz was in close proximity to Anna as we were led to believe.
When Howard went to the dock, did he throw ANYTHING in the water?
I noticed the docks just north of where Wendy's was located. When Howard went for food, did he throw anything in the water?
Howard never specifies TIME. Did he go to Wendy's before dusk?? or even make a second trip??
Very few people eat in the middle of the night. But everyone wants their coffee in the morning and after a stressful day, that's when hunger occurs.

Brigitte *said* she sat out in the living room of the suite alone for an hour and a half before she heard Tas talking to Moe on the phone, so she thought Anna was awake and went in there. We know the rest.
