Where you heard this was yet another, heavily edited segment of ET footage. ET is once again, using interviews done with the "players" (Birkhead, Ford Shelly, G. Ben Thompson) months ago and taking their quotes out of context. Last night the new ET tactic is to lay foundation for Daniel to have "stolen" his mother's meds.
Howard is getting very desperate. And he's taking a lot of people, and their reputations.......with him.
1. We all remember seeing the Wendy's cups in Anna's room. It would have been before Daniel died. Yes???
2. But, when Howard was on the stand, he stuttered that he went out for food...to like a place..like a gas station.
3. That doesn't make a lot of sense. I have trouble distinguishing between Burger King and MacDonald's, because they are similar in lay out and service.
4. But Wendy's is totally different AND, Howard would have been looking at the cups for a long time. I would remember the name Wendy's much easier than the ditty he told.
5. I don't think Howard said WHEN he went to get the food or WHAT he got.
6. Danny would have had food in his system
7. Maybe the Wendy's cups were from earlier that day. Maybe we just assumed that he went to Wendy's that night.
8. Maybe we're looking for different cups or food stuff.
9. What hours are Wendy's open?
10.Have we been FED the wrong LAST MEAL pictures.
11. Did he put BACK the Wendy's cups...as in the photos we saw, replacing the REAL evidence?
12.Most fast food places have videos AND he should have a receipt.
13. Wonder if Danny did eat anything at all that night.
14. And why did Howard go out in the middle of the night for crappy food. Hospitals have all kinds of vending machines for drinks and crappy food.
15.Were those cups in the pictures of Danny, Mom and baby??
16. Were the Danny, Mommy and baby pictures taken BEFORE he went out for the food??
Conclusion: Why didn't Howard remember the easiest of memories...Wendy's I think by the time they discovered Daniel, the room was a "set up"...a "scene" if you will.
I'm kinda playing the antagonist, here. But I'm looking for the big mistake and it has to be something we're not looking for because our mind has been been fed "what Howard wants us to see".

Yeah, HKS lulled ET over and now they're stuck. How in the He!! are they gonna get their "reputation" back? Whatever that was in the first place (i dunno. don't watch that crap). ET is in this too deep and someone from ET is going to have to testify at the trial. Someone has to tell the story about how the contract was arranged and when? What kind of things did HKS ask them to do wrt Annas funeral? ET is between a rock and a hard place.
