I thought he couldn't appeal. I thought it was explained that this was an interlocatory (sp?) and as such not subject to appeal...and that not following the judge's instruction (giving the DNA sample) was grounds for contempt. Color me confused...

On Nancy Grace they are saying that Howieanna has not filed for an appeal, but does have up to 14 days to do so.
