Ironing? I remember my mom ironing the bedsheets, and my dad's undershorts. Egads. I only iron when I have to.

No offense to your mom, but there's something odd about a person who irons their bedsheets. My sister-in-law does. I love her, but that's just "over the top".
YIKES You too? Mine ironed those things along with pillow cases and Dad's handkerchiefs. She also used to iron our diapers but that was because she just wanted to. The other was mandatory to her. Me - if I can't yank them out of dryer fast enough....well, too bad. :o)
