If you REALLY think Howard wants custody, you're kidding yourself. What he wanted to get out of was submitting "HIS DNA" and that has occured as far as I know.

He just put on different hats...Father, husband, executor, insurance benefactor...one was bound to work.

I think we'll find out that he's dumped her money....and there's basically nothing left that is accessible. For all we know, KE was the benefactor of insurance policies and has accounts all over the place. I don't believe they are subject to FOI in any way. BUT, insurance companies can speak out. It's who was paying the premiums that would contact the ins. companies or the possessor of the policy. (I will be giving mine to my daughter soon but I pay the premiums and she knows where it is.)

As I'm reviewing Seidlin's court, I found it curious that of the list of witnesses that Barth and Rale wanted to call to testify to Anna's wishes for burial......her close friend and confident KE was NOT on that list. Not all of these people testified, but the Stern Crime Team wanted to call them:

3)Patrik Simpson
4)Theresa Larimore (someone we don't know, a friend of ANS from the Bahamas)

Yeah, NOW he wants to get out of submitting his DNA, but at first, before he realized he had trouble coming his way he wanted Dannielynn for the money. If he wouldn't have been so greedy, he would've given her up before the fire started to heat up under his arse. Then maybe there would be no investigation. It was his hanging onto Dannielynn and refusal to give up the DNa that got everyone (except ET) suspicious.
