That is what I am trying to explain. The earlier reports are inaccurate. The facts were not known at that point. And also you notice where they are getting their info, from the Star.
Also the article states that it was the nurse that called Stern.

I watched the chief of police's video just last night and he said they ARRIVED at 1:45 p.m.
