If this is true, than Daniel must've told him a whole lot a stuff.
Maybe he contacted the Feds quietly after Daniel died...
Maybe there are a lot of folks who contacted them and it's why we didn't see "People coming out of the woodwork".
Kinda like the squeeky voiced chick that came out in the Peterson Case. That sure changed things in that case.
I heard the PI say that he happened to see Daniel just about every day at a coffee shop they both frequented, but didn't get the impression they talked a lot until Daniel called him up to ask for a meeting at a restaurant, a couple months after they'd first met. This was on Greta, where the PI's most recent interview (that I'm aware of) was.
The PI has been very reticent in those interview. I would believe he has been told by LE not to reveal specific details.
He mentioned only that Daniel was worried about his mother and her associates/friends and drugs.
Is he the person that relayed the "mother in a coffin" remark?
