KE got super cocky when asked about losing her license. When she said "Not really" was like a big lightbulb. And saying that Anna sometimes too doubledoses etc....means "negligence". It says Anna needed to be "supervised" and Howard was her supervisor. All her meds should have been in a locked cabinet.

I thought the same thing. Dr. KE is trying to make it look like she doesn't have a care in the world. Anna was surrounded by degenerates...Why Larry wanted to be involved with such people is beyond me...
