Good point. The will was discussed in the trial and on several TV programs with lawyers discussing it. They all seemed to come to the same conclusion that it was a very unusual will...especially the part that said, "I have intentially omitted to provide for my spouse and other heirs, including future spouses and children......

"No, I read it on the day it was signed". They usually have a date on the top....the date it was written. Then, at the end, there are party, witness signatures, notary etc. with dates attached to each.

Written and signed are two different dates in the majority of cases.
