After weeks of rumours and denials, Larry Birkhead - the man who claims to be the father - says he has proof.
He is quoted on website TMZ.com as saying: "I have seen the ultrasound and have spoken to doctors. I am very excited."
However, the former Playboy model's spokesman and legal advisor, Howard K. Stern, denies his client is expecting.
But Birkhead claims Anna Nicole's publicist is lying, saying: "Howard needs to get past his own jealousy about the relationship between myself and his only client."
However, Stern wasn't so quick to refute the claims during a recent interview.
At the time, he said: "If Anna Nicole is pregnant, she obviously doesn't want anybody to know yet. If she's not pregnant, she's not denying the rumour, because she thinks it's funny how much of a stir it's causing. She'll leave it up to you to guess which one it is."

Hmm. The most recent article was printed 6-1-06 and apparently was written before ANS and LB split. (Wasn't it the end of May when the split occurred?)
LB is excited about the pregnancy in a public forum, HKS is in denial and ANS is spirited away.
