I think we know that "Hot Smoochie Lips" wasn't set up after Daniel died. That thing existed about the time of the Anna Nicole show. IIRC.

I'm really disgusted that Fox aired a tease last hour that had the PI calling the company "ANNA inc.", then Geraldo used a different corporate name, and finally during the actual story it's called "Hot Smoochie Lips". Very poor writing and reporting on Fox's part.
