Why would G. Ben Thompson handed a $900,000.00 Estate over to Anna Nicole Smith and Howard K.Stern after she became pregnant with no written lease or sales agreement in place? You would think a savvy, successful Real Estate Developer might know better.
I too find that highly suspicious.
Thompson spent the month between Thanksgiving and Christmas 2005 with Anna Nicole Smith in Key West, Florida, leaving Larry Birkhead behind to spend both holidays alone.
This is another big question mark in my mind.
Anna Nicole, in mid-May 2006 INFORMED G.Ben Thompson that the baby was his. Don't you think that Anna could count backwards? The vasectomy was a farce I think. (I want evidence) Larry Birkhead denied being the father of Dannielynn Hope until May 31, 2006.
I didn't know Birkhead was ever denying paternity. That is interesting in that it means he had the same doubts I have about the timing in December.
Mr. Gaither Ben Thompson/ Shelley's, on the day Anna Nicole Smith died, procured and currently have possession of Dannielynn Hope's Birth Certificate! (and footprints etc.)
Is that part of the things they took out of Horizons during the so called robbery?
Mr.Thompson/ Shelley's and are leaking photographs, videos digital pictures that they admit to collecting from Anna's (their home) and damn well making some kind of ching ching from it! But who is ever asking them how much money they are making off of Anna?
You mean the picture of methadone in her fridge? Things like that? I thought perhaps they were selling that to discredit Stern.
Concerned that hospital staff would report her drug use to child protection agencies, Anna eventually relocated to the Bahamas.
I'm surprised the hospital didn't have to report a pregnant woman on something like heroin which I believe she was on and the methadone was prescribed to get her off the heroin. Just my guess here. In any event if DL were born anywhere in the US and had drugs in her system ANS would have been reported to the police so I believe THAT was her biggest motivation in moving to the Bahamas where it looks like they don't care much about the welfare of infants in a legal sense.
I took out my calendar and looked at it hoping for a conception date of Dec. 31st. That would put the hospital stay at the end of April.
Here's how I was taught to do it. To figure the estimated due date you take the date of the mother's last period and count back 3 months and then add 7 days. Unfortunately we don't know the date of ANS last period and she'd probably lie about it anyway.
To do it in reverse you can try using the baby's birth date (but everyone keeps saying DL was born early--that is when they aren't saying she was born late so even her birth date is sort of up for grabs). For the sake of argument use her birth date of September 7 and count in the opposite direction from above. That is, count forward 3 months and subtract 7 days. That gives you November 30 or December 1 as the estimated date of ANS' last period. Women are fertile 10 to 14 days after their period. That makes the time ANS was most likely to conceive as around December 14. That is 2 full weeks from December 31 when she was doing Birkhead again. If he's the father I will be very surprised.
Larry on the stand said the detox was in April sometime, but this would be like the 30th. I am really not sure how to count baby weeks though? I could be wrong. But I do know that the Laurie Payne depo document includes an email from Anna, and I am quite sure it is dated May 9, 2006. I completely agree that the dates don't add up. As for wishing they did I have lots of problems with the notion that Birkhead would be a wonderful daddy. First of all he thought ANS was a fine example of womanhood and had the makings to be a decent mother. Her track record with her first child is absolutely dismal...nothing but neglect from the time Daniel was 3 months old until he was 7 years old. Then Birkhead knew about her drug use and still thought it was okay to impregnate her. Usually I say women decide to get pregnant and stay pregnant but in this case he shouldn't have been having unprotected sex with a drug addict. A man that careless about a child in utero isn't my idea of a man who has the sensibilites required to be a good parent.

That is interesting but the problem with anything ANS said is that she was both a drug addict and a liar.
Both of them belong behind bars. One way or another, they both killed her. Negligent homicide. "I'm not a doctor" doesn't fly for Howard and his "I've seen her a lot worse than that" is evidence of it. "Anna's Wishes?"
That detox time when Birkhead was with her, i think it was in California. If it were you or me, we'd be reported to Child Protective Services. And later our baby would go straight from our uterus into the care of CPS. But this is Anna Nicole and the stars don't have to play by the same rules as regular people. And of course, Anna didn't give them a chance. She went to the Bahamas to give birth. And we see what kind of archaic law system they've got going on down there....
