If Larry is the father, Howard is going to use that contract because it is likely written to be exclusive to Danny, Anna and Dannie Lynn. In other words, we're back to "Anna's Wishes" and it's in writing. Cool...you update a contract but not a will! That's a real good attorney for you.
i'm not so sure about that one. Couldn't Larry get a contract with some other company (not ET) if he wanted to? If not, now, then later when he has custody and/or when HKS is no longer in charge of the estate. Or the contract could be nullified in some way (say if LB has custody and ET says see ya later sucka to HKS). Or if the contract has an expiration date (ya know it might just in case HKS wanted to jack up the prices in the future). Which makes me wonder how the pricing was on his lovely pictures and marvelous videos.
Plus with LB as the father, wouldn't he have rights to take pictures of his own daughter? And as a freelancer he could sell them. HKS or ET might try to sue him but that wouldn't look too good for them.
