All those drugs would have made her comfused and made her think she was hearing voices from the grave, that could have been part of a conspiracy between HKS and KE.

Well that appears not to be the case. Perhaps ANS did not talk to her physician pal, close confidant Eroshevich about her actions or feelings. But ANS talked to the world, to Larry Birkhead, and according to HKS, sure did talk to him.

I'd heard that it was Taz or one of the maids that "discovered" Anna unconscious in the pool, not Howard. But this is from ET so consider the source....
