Opri: Stern Responsible For Birkhead Firing In Anna Nicole Smith Case

Anna Nicole Smith Saga: Debra Opri, the now former attorney for Larry Birkhead, is reportedly holding Howard K Stern responsible for the unexpected bounce from her job representing Larry Birkhead in the custody case of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn. Harvey Levin of TMZ.com told MSNBC's Chris Jansing that he was bound to hold the "confidences" of his sources, but that he knew there had been "butting of heads" between Birkhead and Opri recently.

No statements have been issued as to the exact nature of the termination, and no lawyers have been named to replace the outspoken Opri.
