Jean Casarez of Court TV has just reported that she has talked to OPRI. Opri has resigned because she was being asked to do things that she, ethically as an attorney, could not do. The last thing Opri said to LB was,....if HKS wants to meet with you without an attorney present, DO NOT DO IT.

Casarez mused that it did potentially have to do with a deal.

I doubt any attorney would say out loud that their differences were because of ethics. My attorney has told me to "always be very, very careful about what you say about a client or person because it can "bite you in the a** at some time.
