That may have been a "planted" statement for Stern - cause he could always say he thought she was off the methadone and she must have been sneeking it if it ended up showing up in her tox report. Oh my gosh, that is true. She hadn't used it in 5 months to HKS's knowledge. He couldn't possibly have done it. He knew nothing. He saw nothing. Do you think he was THAT smart to plant that statement? It seemed very staged and stiff when he said it. What a......
You're good.

Stlnative is good, but let's trip HKS up.
So, Mr. Stern, whose methadone was stored in the fridge at Horizons?

Yes... I do think he is that smart - but I think others are smarter than him and they will catch him in his lies - he will trip up eventually.

Seidlein set Howard up in court. Why didn't Howard say "as far as I know" to the Methadone question? He added absolutely no qualifier and the 5 months equates to the time of Daniel's death. That SOB Stern was going to blame Daniel's death on her and convinced her of the same if she said anything.
I think she finally figured it out as Howard "DIRECTED" her as to what she was going to say at the inquest. She was indeed a prisoner in Florida and he had all the cards.
