Greta - why doesn't he just let the DNA swab be done...Barth - he is going to address this through the proper courts....we have a procedure to do....my client has reached out and has tried to take this out of the press and to protect this little girl....he will deal with this in due time - genetics and biology do not equal custody. First O'Quinn spins off the table...now Barth...huh? Genetics, Ms. Barth = paternity...custody, due to a false claim on a birth certificate = fraud.

Yes - Greta made that point re: paternity - and asked Barth - does that mean Stern knows he isn't the biological father? And Barth strongly objected - saying not at all.....
But we all know if Stern were the true father he would have run to get DNA tested way back last fall.....
