Didn't Dr. Perper say there were NO injection sites on her originally? He found this after the fact? Strange.

He never said this - he said there was no sign of a struggle or no knife stab wounds (defense wounds), no gun shot, as in obvious signs of a murder.

So I don't know if this means no needle marks or just no chronic intravenous addiction. Not clear what he means. On another board someone is speculating about a needle mark in the mouth that would be diificult to detect. Ugh.
