Did the Demerol need refrigeration? Where was the fridge in relation to her bed/room?

Was Anna able to inject herself, since we are told she was too weak to even go to the bathroom or get water on her own?

Would it be "suicide" if she overdosed herself...compared to "murder" if someone else injected her, since we can't prove Anna was in her right mind at the time?
