If I understood O'Quinn correctly on GVS, they are only trying to get custody till a "blood test" (his words, I think) can be done.

It is a little uncomfortable, but I noticed awhile back that Virgie and Larry seemed to be joining forces against HK$ and didn't think it was a good strategy then.
Their attorneys have (since the body custody case)probably staked out individual approaches which separately keep HK$' attorneys off guard. Hk$ has to cover 2 bases instead of one.
Let's wait for more symptoms before final diagnosis;)
Actually, it is a good legal move. Virgie obviously does not have to submit to a DNA test, she is the undisputed maternal grandmother. The only person who would have custodial rights above her is the natural father. Her legal intervention could be what forces a cour ordered DNA test of the baby.
