That wasn't what I heard at all. I watched it on rerun afterit was mentioned here and she really pressed him on this and he started to sputter, but he was clear, Virgie should have custody because she is the grandmother and the fathers were not married to ANS and thus no better than a sperm donor; he actually used those words: Sperm donor.

Playing catch up (again). I think O'Quinn misspoke (again...there is a surprise). The DNA test (for paternity) is down by the swab (Buccal). They won't draw blood.

O'Q seems to get rattled, confused easily. I wonder if his diabetes is under control...he seems disoriented at times.
