The very fact that Perper hasn't filed his report is because he has to put his name to it and he was hired by Howard Stern for both deaths.

The two deaths are comparable in too many ways. It could drive the case for an INDEPENDENT autopsy.

And since Perper and Howard would be the chief witnesses at Daniel's inquest...and if Howard was feeding Perper false information....well...It looks like just another case of "The Director" at his best!!

I wouldn't be surprised if Perper wants to re-evaluate Daniel's autopsy and even change it.
