I don't know if you were able to see any of Court TV today, but Jean Casarez has been hot on the trail trying to find out the name of the entity that owns the second house in the Bahamas. (The one that is being renovated.) She's been trying to do title searches, but has been unsuccessful.

At the end of the day she was on with Pro Pindar (G. Ben Thompson's attorney) and he said that he knew who owned it, and would whisper it in her ear, off air of course.

Title searches are easy. I do them all the time as part of my profession and the process here in NY is similar to the Bahamas. Jean might mean that finding the Principal of the entity is difficult. Pindar knows how to do THAT search. Experience is the best teacher. I remember my fiest one. I thought I'd be there all day. Now, I'm in and out before the Parking meter expires.
