Sounds like the scene of an aspiration vomitus, discovery by someone who fled the scene after a hasty and ineffectual clean up, before leaving two moron/patsys in charge.
That’s why I don’t think Taz was right by Anna’s bed and neither do I think that two women who knew each other would not talk to each other in an hour and a half. It’s an absurdity.
There are two crime scenes - both at ‘public facilities’ and not the usual “home” environment.
Both deaths occuring at places where there is lots of incoming and outgoing activity by guests, visitors and employees of both facilities. Hard to pin down time lines.
Both facilities would be hard to protect as ‘crime scenes’ much more difficult than a ‘home’ environment.
In each situation, the responsibility for ‘saving’ the two victims can be passed off to others; i.e. hospital and hotel employees.
Very clever, well planned and apparently, successful.
