If he provides testimony, the inquest will have to judge his credibility.
I cannot see what he has to gain other than publicity.
But I thought the PI’s name is not on the inquest witness list....though I believe other names can be added....his name is not on the list as of now.
If he’s for real, I hope they don’t try to supress his testimony. Maybe he’ll be a surprise witness - #41 after HKS?
Does anyone know if the witnesses can sit in the court while the witnesses before them are testifying? And are they obligated to publish the list beforehand?
