I may be reading too much into this, but if the DNA test is only to see if LB is the daddy, I wonder if their wording below is intentional (i.e., they know it’s LB).

It's sure an interesting statement but there's a gag order and Dr. Baird doesn't want it to be thrown out of court on a technicality.

I'm CERTAIN he has said zip to the press. They do not imply in any way that he made the statement.
