I don't know about the inquest appeal...but I'm thinking that they're not going to change their laws to suit his desires. First of all, he's a US citizen.

Howard is stupid. The more time that passes, the more time people have to work on the puzzle. Every piece is a gain for justice.

TIME is working against him not for him. I think the Bahama Justice system has had enough of him.

Have to agree. For inquests they actually pull potential jurors in off the street and then draw from a hat to select the seven. Their law cannot be ruled unconstitutional bc that would totally taint the previous inquests and can you imagine that???

All they can do is, if those in their legislature thinks Stern’s atty had a fair point, begin drafting a different law for future inquests. But that cannot and will not be done specifically for Stern while Danny’s inquest is stymied.

Too bad, Stern, you wanted Bahamian law as your shield, and now you get it as a sword that can be used against you.
