And it may be that the contract is illegal if in fact he has been using Anna's "stuff" to obtain the monies. In other words, the photographs of Danny, Mom and baby are deemed hers and part of her estate. You just can't walk in and take stuff from and estate and sell them like they were yours.
Try this example...I'm a furniture friend and made Anna a coach. Anna dies and her "friend" who was living in her house, takes it and sells it. It was part of her estate though and rightfully belonged to her heir. He "stole" the couch.
