We need to hear from the lawyer that Coward claims gave him "bad" advice about marrying Anna. Killer is a lawyer...he was certainly up on paternity laws in the Bahamas. Crying judge should have followed up on that lie from Goat. Instead, he just shrugged it off, saying, "so, you were given bad legal advice"?
That POS, Stern, knew Anna would testify in Daniels inquest. And, evidently, he was concerned about what she would say.

But I looked at the wedding as something Californians would do. The drawback to these commitment ceremonies was that they were "gay". That doesn't apply to Howard's. There is also a "bit" I found that a marriage at sea can be valid if a license is signed and recorded AFTER the ceremony.
I think the "jump" onto the shore was "the beginning of the tick of the clock" in filing a license.
