At some point, he opened a picture album and (I believe this is correct), there on the right hand side of the right page was the picture of Shane Gibson in bed with Anna....the same picture that came out shortly thereafter. I'll bet the Kapoor picture was in that same album.

Do we know what important legal papers he was referring to? Do you have a guess? I never saw that video that ET did "on the spot". But opening a photo album at such a time was wierd eh? And Gibsons picture being right there is odd no? And the cameras were right on it.
I suppose if Anna had known that Howard was up to no good she would've told him to take the album too since it was apparently in the same closet as all the important legal papers. What are you getting at?
