pica is a good sign of iron deficiency... yes on folic acid, yes on vitamin c with biflavinoids, do you still have periods and are they heavy? If so see my post on the homeopathic remedy and there is also homeopathic ferr phos.. do you take a good multiple vitamin?
Tes, ny periods are heavy the first few days. No I don't take any vitamins and I probably should! I've been working on my kitty and haven't done it for me!
I found pica and it says possible iron/b6/bcomplex/zinc/thiamine deficiency. Do you know of a good multi vitamin that could cover all this well?
