Tes, ny periods are heavy the first few days. No I don't take any vitamins and I probably should! I've been working on my kitty and haven't done it for me!
I found pica and it says possible iron/b6/bcomplex/zinc/thiamine deficiency. Do you know of a good multi vitamin that could cover all this well?

Well, you don't want my monthly supplement bill... but there is an excellent liquid multiple with amino's and herbs that we take... my local health food store carries it:

in addition, take a sublingual B-12 like B-12 blast (put a dropper full under tongue once a day), a good multi-mineral 2 x a day (I like solray, Vita-Cost would have) a good C1000 "capsule" with biflavinoids (I like the NOW brand) 2 x a day...

That would be a good start....
