This is the thing... They are in Stern's name - Even if Stern simply just handed them to Anna without charging her for the price of the drugs. It is ILLEGAL - It is no different if Stern was at a party with his prescriptions and handing them out to party goers at the party. If they were Anna's drugs then they should have prescribed in her name or one of her alias names. (Michelle Chase, etc). Some of these drugs are class 4 regulated narcotic drugs.
This came up in the Viagara bit for ?? ( U know..forgot who). The prescription was in his doctor's name and it WAS in Florida but they stopped him dead nuts.
How does Howard get through customs with that bag??? Ah, maybe NOW we see why they're in his name. Here's the Patient (Howard) for the drugs and golly gee..Here's the doctor to vouch for them, too.
The bag would be confiscated ONLY at the Florida crime scene. No need for KE to be there. The drugs weren't going back to the Bahamas.
