If Larry is the father, I think Howard's plan TOTALLY collapses because Howard needs Dannie Lynn for every option...the house, the estate, the Marshall money.
If contracts, accounts, corporations were set up within a certain period of time and money was moved around, it might and likely will be construed as fraud since he was a contributing factor in obtaining the drugs that killed her.
He's kinda in a corner right now and there are no good options.
