And of course, plenty of children are bonded with their parents (even bio parents) but are taken away because of abuse or unhealthy households. This wouldn't be a hard hurdle for Birkhead to jump.

I think LB's lawyers should argue for regular, court-ordered visitation even if it has to be supervised at child services. Who knows how long HKS can drag this out and he will use the bonding argument (whether it is successful or not who knows).

But, more importantly, LB should not be denied the opportunity to bond with DL by the very actions of the person denying him access to the baby and the one attempting to hide the DNA results which prove LB is the real father.

It's in her best interests to visit with LB given the high likelihood she is his daughter. I hope someone's made that argument.
