If all that stuff becomes false, then they can ship his a** back to the USA. Maybe that's what he REALLY wants because if he's in the USA, apparently, being a witness at the Inquest by a USA citizen is voluntary.

I think he's just trying to make it so the DNA can't be used in the USA by the California courts.
