He probably doesn't even want executor status because he MUST reveal the assets of her estate and the estate comes with a lot of judgements against it.
He wants everything to go to Dannie Lynn with him as the father. I think that way, Dannie does not assume the debts of her mother and any court proceedings on those matters might be dead in the water.
As far as the Marshall matter, I don't think Howard will get a dime. If there is something available, the Marshalls will set up a trust for Dannie Lynn herself.
There must be an OLD witness list for the previously scheduled inquest. Wonder who was on THAT list.
Anna was supposed to be the primary witness but if she had MEMORY LOSS" of the event, what was it worth?? Same thing with her statement to the police....I'm sure it wasn't taken immediately after Danny died but some days later. They sedated her and took her away from the hospital to AVOID the media. But don't worry, Howard had pictures FOR SALE!!
