Excellent point. If we let them be, for now, it could play out agains HKS. However, if we pressure too strongly, the Bahamians could adopt a "you can't tell us what to do" attitude which could, indeed, play toward HKS's position.
I'm not so certain about that. I live in a tourist town. Nothing shakes them up more than publicity that "may" affect tourism, trust me... think the movie Jaws when it comes to these things when tourism is the lifeblood of anyplace.
