They could have avoid all this BS if they would have just arrested and charged Stern to begin with.
I don't see why they could not arrest and charge Stern at this point even without the coroners inquest with the witnesses.
Just think if Perper would have called a Coroners Inquest into Anna's death what the f'er would have done then.
Anna's death warranted an inquest. Everyone involved in her life needed to publicly TESTIFY under oath.
