A stay is being filed, to the Supreme Court of the Bahamas by HKS team to get them to actually change their laws, regarding how this trial is going to operate. They have two hours to get it filed in the building just a few away from where the trial is taking place.
This just further shows that HKS thinks he can make this country change their laws to his liking.
It's very upsetting, if the stay is granted todays trial will stop, and be delayed once again.
I cannot believe the arrogance of this "man".

Not arrogant - scared - he's playing every card in the deck....delay and obfuscation...never won a case in court..but has been preparing his whole life. Reading, reading, reading, planning, planning, planning - this guy has ice in his veins.
Review his treatment of ANS - it was simply not human in any way. Could you have treated a neighbor, an acquaintance, your mother-in-law the way he 'cared for' the 'love of his life' for a period of 12 years?
