Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez said he expects to rule in a closed session Thursday on a motion filed by the estate of the former Playboy Playmate. The undisclosed issue prompted a delay in picking a jury for the inquest into the Sept. 10 death of Daniel Smith. If the magistrate rules in favor of Stern, I'm turning off Court TV and putting on one of the music channels, probably 'Singers and Standards,' to calm down.

"""""Soon after the session began Tuesday, Wayne Munroe, a lawyer for Anna Nicole Smith's estate, asked the judge to consider a motion that "relates to the impaneling of a jury to act on this inquiry." Gomez then ordered spectators and media to leave the courtroom."""""
Wayne Munroe is representing both Anna's estate and HK$??
How can this not be considered a conflict of interest?
Or does HK$'have another atty and they are combining their corruption?
