Your comments made me wonder if there is a previous connection between Howard Stern and Dr. Joshua Perper. Dr. Perper might have good credentials but credentials do not assure mental stability, common sense, or integrity. I noticed that many of you had qualms about Dr. Perper from the start.

No way can he declare that her death was an accident if you look at the facts. I expected an "undecided."

Why such a ruling? Does he lives in a fantasy world? Or does he wants to become an expert witness for defense lawyers and it's all about the money?

I agree OR Perper has a connection to KE OR is just plain stupid and gives her a pass regarding info she told him. You know doctors don't lie to each other. /sarc

Apparently, if you don't leave a suicide note, it's not suicide; if you don't see someone give her the last shot or drink, it's not murder; and if someone says she was fine when I left, it's accidental.

Such half a** logic befuddles me.
